RAYMTES Side-bend LED neon lights strip, also known as side-emitting LED neon lights or horizontally curved neon flex led strip๏ผare a series of LED neon lights that can be bent along the horizontal axis and emit light from the side of the silicone rubber casing. They are made using a silicone rubber dual-color extrusion molding process, with a protection level reaching IP67. They feature resistance to salt solutions, acids, alkalis, gas corrosion, fire, and UV rays. Our neon flex led strip lights are made of high-quality silicone and are designed for indoor and outdoor applications including museums, theme parks, concert halls, architecture, set design, land scape and can even be used in various occasions such as homes.
Product features:
(1) Professional structural design ensures uniform light emission without light spots, soft light, and good color temperature consistency.
(2) Particle-free light spots: COB/SMD high-density packaging (120 - 240 LEDs/m), with strong consistency and uniform light emission. Utilizes PU potting technology, resistant to yellowing, corrosion, and weak acids and alkalis.
(3) Made from food-grade silicone rubber material, resistant to yellowing, high and low temperatures, suitable for use in harsh indoor and outdoor environments.
(4) Good flexibility, can be bent, adaptable to various shapes and spaces, and easy to install.
(5) Marked cutting positions for accurate and error-free cutting to any length.
(6) Waterproof IP68, suitable for outdoor or humid environments, such as pool or underwater lighting.
(7)Multiple colors available: single color, adjustable white light, RGB, RGBW.
(8)Operatingย voltageย optionsย includeย DC12Vย orย DC24V,ย cateringย toย variousย powerย supplyย needs.
(9)Theyย areย softย andย flexible,ย notย easyย toย break,ย andย haveย aย longerย serviceย life.
(10)Multi-directional bending capability, It can be bent sideways during installation. minimum bending diameter ฮฆ140 - 200mm (industry leading), suitable for complex curved surfaces (such as spiral staircases, circular signs).
Application scenarios:
Commercial displays: shopping mall window displays, brand logos, advertising light boxes (such as custom text/Logos)
Architectural decoration: building outline decoration , curved staircase illumination, glass curtain wall embedding
Outdoor landscape: park sculptures, bridges, pool lighting, strong weather resistance, waterproof and sun-proof.
Creative design: Supports free side-bending from 0ยฐ to 180ยฐ, easily conforming to the contours of buildings, furniture lines or art installations.
Product advantages:
Excellent material ๏ผBy Excellent silicone material and co-extrusion molding technology, excellent UV resistance, chemical stability and wear resistance can be achieved.
Tool-free installation: Pre-marked cutting positions (50mm/100mm), no professional equipment required, simple to splice. In DC24V, the single-sided power drive can operate for a length of up to 27 meters, and the production length can reach 30 meters per roll. It perfectly avoids the seams between the neon lights, providing you with continuous and elegant light, and reducing the power installation.
Color variation: Adjustable color temperature (2700K-6500K), brightness and dynamic gradient modes.
Quality certification: CE, RoHS, UL certified, mercury-free, lead-free, meeting global standards.
Design flexibility: Supports over 200 colors and dynamic light shows, facilitating brand differentiation marketing.
